Room was tidy albeit could have been cleaner as we found a hair on a curtain but despite that we had a good stay. We had breakfast included which we changed to an earlier time easily as we woke up early. Pool was a big plus for my partner, chairs were always damp but once you put a towel down it was okay. Overall it was a nice stay but bit dated.

When it was built it was classed as a 5 star but since then, while its super nice, it feels a little less than 5 stars. Maybe 4.5. That’s simply because things like the carpet are wearing out or furniture has been well used. The rooms are amazing. Staff are super friendly. It’s an amazing place to wonder around. The restaurants have a delicious range of food. Now of course you pay more for everything but that’s because it’s an exclusive hotel. They also gave us a special treat for our anniversary which is in the photos. It was very touching! You certainly get the feeling of class I was when you move into the different areas. It was really good.

Could be improved with more sunbeds instead of massive feature ponds that are not used for swimming. Our balcony was also dirty with debris and not cleaned in a while.

Staff are very nice and always willing to go the extra mile.
The rooms are quite outdated, but still nice!
I look forward to seeing it, once it has undergone its rejuvenation process!
